The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Branches Oregon offers a flexible, supportive treatment option designed to help you regain control and build lasting recovery.

During treatment for mental health disorders, substance use or a dual diagnosis, patients may want to maintain their everyday lifestyle and have flexibility in their schedule. Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) provide more support than you’d receive in weekly therapy and a monthly check-in.
Branches outpatient programs in Portland and Salem
An intensive outpatient program can span 3 to 5 days a week, three hours per day. Our IOP program is designed to provide intensive treatment for 6-8 weeks.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides:
- Psychoeducation
- Skill building
- Relapse prevention
- Trauma informed care
- Access to medication management
- Monthly individual check-ins with a therapist
- Aftercare planning
IOP hours
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 12 pm (3 to 5 days per week)
Monday – Friday, 11 am – 2 pm (3 to 5 days per week)
Monday – Thursday, 6 – 9 pm (4 days, virtual only)
